The no-fault divorce procedure in England is, in itself, relatively straightforward. Depending on the circumstances of your case, however, financial matters and child arrangements can take many months – years even – to resolve. Others without our level of expertise are less likely to be able to provide this type of assessment. Crucially we have the expertise to analyse your ex’s disclosure documentation, spot any inconsistencies or missing assets and put appropriate pressure on them to comply with the rules and be fully transparent.
