Brookman has secured the national Law Society’s law management quality mark, Lexcel.
Lexcel is the Law Society’s international practice management standard. The Lexcel accreditation is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet the required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
Henry Brookman commented, “while we are very proud to have secured Lexcel, it is our clients who are the main beneficiaries. They can be assured that they the way we manage our practice has their best interests at heart. The Lexcel accreditation gives us the independent recognition that our standards are being maintained at the highest level.”
John Wotton, President of the Law Society of England and Wales, said: “by implementing policies, plans and procedures within Lexcel’s key areas, such as client service and risk management, practices can show the positive steps they are taking to help clients in the increasingly diverse, complicated and competitive legal market. Lexcel acts as a beacon of quality to clients and potential clients alike.”
Lexcel is a rigorously assessed standard with approximately only one in ten law firms currently holding the accreditation.
